Fishing the NEK!
The beautiful, scenic lakes and ponds of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom (NEK) are home to many species of fish, including bass, trout, pike, salmon, walleye and more! Sometimes hindered by the reputation of Lake Champlain, the NEK boasts an abundance of great fisheries with football sized smallmouth, heavy largemouth and pike weighing in the double digits! With so many lakes at our doorstep, there are hungry fish somewhere and I know where to find them. Avoid the congestion of bigger lakes and come on up and do some fishing in the great NEK, Vermont's diamond in the rough! Bring the family and bring the friends, there are outdoor activities for everyone! Kids are always welcome. What better way to spend quality time with our children and instill upon them the beauty of fishing and the works of Mother Nature!!
Guide services provided by Captain Dave, licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard. Trips are provided from April to October. Fishing is done from a fully rigged, tournament ready 19' Nitro 901 CDX DC. I practice catch and release to help ensure great fisheries for future generations!
